Chatham Hills Subacute Care Center is seeking a per diem Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our skilled nursing team. The role supports the licensed PT in therapies designed to improve mobility, relieve pain and promote residents' overall wellness.

Candidates must hold a valid NJ PTA license, be able to evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision, and have a passion for geriatric care. SNF experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid PTA license in New Jersey.

Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA)

Looking for a per diem talented and motivated Physical Therapy Assistant to join our dynamic team. The position is within a Skilled Nursing facility. Candidate should possess passion for geriatric population, must contain a license in the state of practice, be able to evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision, and posses the desire to perform functional therapeutic activities to assist residents improve in their experience.
