Chatham Hills Subacute Care Center is seeking a per diem Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our geriatric-focused team in a skilled nursing facility. You will assist in therapies designed to improve mobility, relieve pain, and promote overall wellness, with independence in evaluation and treatment.

Must hold a state license; SNF experience preferred but not required. Per diem role with competitive benefits and opportunity to impact residents' quality of life.

Qualifications

Looking for a per diem talented and motivated Physical Therapy Assistant to join our dynamic team. The position is within a Skilled Nursing facility. Candidate should possess passion for geriatric population, must contain a license in the state of practice, be able to evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision, and posses the desire to perform functional therapeutic activities to assist residents improve in their experience.
