Chatham Hills Subacute Care Center in Parsippany-Troy Hills, NJ seeks a per diem Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our geriatric care team. The role supports the licensed physical therapist, delivers therapy sessions, and helps residents improve mobility and quality of life.

Candidates must hold a NJ PTA license, enjoy working with seniors, and be able to work independently in a skilled nursing setting.

Qualifications

• Must hold a New Jersey Physical Therapist Assistant license.
• Ability to evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision.

Looking for a per diem talented and motivated Physical Therapy Assistant to join our dynamic team. The position is within a Skilled Nursing facility. Candidate should possess passion for geriatric population, must contain a license in the state of practice, be able to evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision, and posses the desire to perform functional therapeutic activities to assist residents improve in their experience.

Job Description:

Assist the PT with therapies designed to improve mobility, relieve pain, prevent or limit permanent physical disability and promote overall fitness and wellness in a skilled nursing facility.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

• SNF experience preferred but not required
