Job summary

Chatham Hills Subacute Care Center is seeking a per diem Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our geriatric care team in a Skilled Nursing Facility.

The PTA will assist the PT with therapies to improve mobility, relieve pain, prevent disability, and promote wellness. A valid PTA license in the state of practice is required, and the candidate should be able to work independently without direct supervision in a supportive, team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid PTA license in the state of practice.
• SNF experience preferred but not required.

Looking for a per diem talented and motivated Physical Therapy Assistant to join our dynamic team. The position is within a Skilled Nursing facility. Candidate should possess passion for geriatric population, must contain a license in the state of practice, be able to evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision, and posses the desire to perform functional therapeutic activities to assist residents improve in their experience.
