Job summary

Chatham Hills Subacute Care Center is seeking a per diem Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our geriatric-focused team. The PTA will assist the physical therapist with mobility-focused therapies, work to relieve pain, and promote overall wellness within our skilled nursing facility in Hillside, NJ.

The ideal candidate must hold a state PTA license, be able to evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision, and share a passion for improving residents’ quality of life.

• SNF experience preferred but not required

Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA)

Looking for a per diem talented and motivated Physical Therapy Assistant to join our dynamic team. The position is within a Skilled Nursing facility. Candidate should possess passion for geriatric population, must contain a license in the state of practice, be able to evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision, and posses the desire to perform functional therapeutic activities to assist residents improve in their experience.
