Chatham Hills Subacute Care Center is seeking a per diem Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our dedicated team. The role requires a valid state license and a passion for geriatric care.

You will assist with therapies designed to improve mobility and overall wellness for residents in a skilled nursing facility. The ideal candidate can evaluate and treat independently, work per diem hours, and contribute to a stimulating, supportive environment.

Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA)

Looking for a per diem talented and motivated Physical Therapy Assistant to join our dynamic team. The position is within a Skilled Nursing facility. Candidate should possess passion for geriatric population, must contain a license in the state of practice, be able to evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision, and posses the desire to perform functional therapeutic activities to assist residents improve in their experience.
