Chatham Hills Subacute Care Center in New Jersey is seeking a per diem Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join a geriatric-focused team in a skilled nursing facility. The PTA will assist the physical therapist with mobility-enhancing therapies and independently evaluate and treat residents under supervision as needed.

Looking for a per diem talented and motivated Physical Therapy Assistant to join our dynamic team. The position is within a Skilled Nursing facility. Candidate should possess passion for geriatric population, must contain a license in the state of practice, be able to evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision, and posses the desire to perform functional therapeutic activities to assist residents improve in their experience.
