Chatham Hills Subacute Care Center in New Jersey is seeking a per diem Physical Therapy Assistant to join our geriatric care team. The PTA will support the physical therapy program, helping residents improve mobility, manage pain, and participate in functional activities with independence under supervision.

Qualified candidates hold a PTA license in the state, and should be able to evaluate and treat residents without direct supervision, with a compassionate, resident-centered approach.

Qualifications

• SNF experience preferred but not required.
• Must possess a license in the state of practice.
• Ability to evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision.
