CareRite Centers, LLC in New Jersey is seeking a per diem Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our geriatric-focused team in a skilled nursing facility. The ideal candidate holds a valid PTA license and is capable of evaluating and treating residents independently under PT supervision.

You will assist the PT with therapies designed to improve mobility, relieve pain, and promote wellness, with a focus on functional activities to enhance residents’ daily experiences.

Qualifications

• Must hold PTA license in the practicing state.
• Able to evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision.
• Per diem availability for scheduling.

Responsibilities

Looking for a per diem talented and motivated Physical Therapy Assistant to join our dynamic team. The position is within a Skilled Nursing facility. Candidate should possess passion for geriatric population, must contain a license in the state of practice, be able to evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision, and posses the desire to perform functional therapeutic activities to assist residents improve in their experience.

Assist the PT with therapies designed to improve mobility, relieve pain, prevent or limit permanent physical disability and promote overall fitness and wellness in a skilled nursing facility.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

• SNF experience preferred but not required
