Job summary

Flagstar Rehab in Long Beach, NY seeks a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join a team serving skilled nursing facilities. You will implement Plan of Care under PT supervision, provide therapy to patients with geriatric and neurological conditions, and document progress in the EMR.

• Monitor and document patient progress.
