Flagstar Rehab is seeking Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) to support geriatric patients in Skilled Nursing Facilities, offering flexible scheduling and a choose-the-way-you-earn model. Roles include clinical collaboration with PT supervisors and rapid onboarding for efficient start dates.

Qualifications

• Must hold current NJS PTA license and registration.
• BLS certification required.
• EMR competence.
• Must meet all state and federal employment requirements for US nursing facilities.
• Malpractice/liability insurance if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate daily with PT Supervisor and follow established Plan of Care for all patients.
• Provide quality therapy services to individuals in SNF setting with conditions such as TBI, CVA, Stroke, Parkinson's, MS, Cancer, orthopedic surgery.
• Monitor and document patient progress.

Hourly Pay Rate: $34-$36 Hourly (W-2), $38-$40 Hourly (1099)

Physical Therapy Assistant Requirements and Responsibilities:

• Current NJS PTA License and Registration
• Valid BLS Certification
• EMR Competence
• Meets all State and Federal requirements for US employment in a Nursing Facility
• Malpractice/Liability Insurance (if applicable)

• Provide quality therapy services to individuals in an SNF setting who require care related to TBI, CVA, Stroke, Parkinson's, Multiple Sclerosis, Cancer, orthopedic surgery, and other debilitating diagnosis.
• Monitor and document patient progress
