SEL Engineering Services is seeking a customer service professional in the United States to provide high-quality phone support, route requests, and assist with sales orders and account data. You will document feedback for regional leadership and help convert leads within SEL's systems.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of experience with organized, friendly customer service.
• Excellent phone etiquette, professionalism, and communication skills.
• Strong writing, documentation skills, and speaking skills.
• Ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities.
• Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment.
• Background check results satisfactory to SEL.
• Negative drug test results.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high-quality telephone service and route calls per procedures.
• Assist in creating cases and document customer feedback for leadership.
• Handle sales orders, RMAs, and routing of quotes and emails.
• Manage account information; update data and reset passwords securely.
• Create company accounts and convert customer leads in systems.
• Suggest process improvements.
• Follow SEL Values and World Class Manufacturing Principles.
• Perform additional duties including office support as needed.
