Job summary

White Lodging in Austin, TX is seeking an AYS Agent to be the primary contact for guest requests, inquiries, and in-room dining orders. You will respond to calls, coordinate with hotel departments, and ensure guest satisfaction through attentive service.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, guest-focused, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Hospitality experience and POS familiarity are a plus; nights and weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• Excellent guest-service orientation and professional demeanour.
• Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests and team members.
• Familiarity with hotel systems and POS software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer and respond to guest calls promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with hotel departments to fulfill guest needs and follow up.
• Take in-room dining orders with menu knowledge and suggestive selling.
• Input and process orders through the POS system with accuracy.
• Maintain call logs and guest request records for each shift.
• Provide guests with information about hotel amenities and local attractions.
• Monitor outstanding requests and ensure timely completion.
• Follow emergency procedures and maintain professionalism.
• Uphold confidentiality and security of guest information.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and adhere to safety standards.
