Job summary

White Lodging Services, Inc. seeks a friendly Phone Attendant to be the main point of contact for guests, delivering timely responses and accurate information with a focus on exceptional service.

You will answer calls, dispatch staff, learn hotel services and local amenities, and support a seamless guest experience across our Charlotte properties. Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for all guest requests and needs, including answering calls, dispatching requests, and following up to ensure excellent service.
• Attend to each call in a timely, courteous, and efficient manner, using proper telephone etiquette.
• Dispatch appropriate personnel to satisfy guest requests and resolve guest issues.
• Develop a thorough knowledge of hotel services, the local area, and nearby travel services to provide accurate answers and thoughtful recommendations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
