You will answer phones, relay messages, anticipate guest needs, and deliver professional service with warmth, professionalism, and timely follow-up, including wake-up calls and concierge assistance.

Qualifications

• Clear and pleasant English communication with guests, coworkers and management.
• Attention to detail, speed, accuracy, and courtesy in performing duties.
• Polished, professional, and engaging interaction with resort guests.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Remain calm and clear-minded in emergency situations.

Responsabilités

• Answer and process all guest calls, requests, questions, or concerns.
• Follow up with guests to ensure satisfaction with requests or issues.
• Receive, record, and relay messages accurately and completely.
• Coordinate with Bellperson, Front Desk, Housekeeping, Engineering and Security to resolve guest needs.
• Manage wake-up calls and other guest services requests.
• Assist team members to ensure proper coverage and prompt service.
• Engage guests about stay, services, and local attractions.
• Welcome guests warmly and use guest names when possible.
• Collaborate with departments to uphold safety procedures and service standards.
