Job summary

Security Finance is seeking a customer service associate in Texas to handle phone-driven interactions with clients while maintaining accurate cash controls and regulatory compliance. The role focuses on delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced setting and supporting loan applications.

You will drive account gains through proactive solicitation and ensure adherence to company policies, with schedule variability including Saturdays and evenings.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Collections experience (direct first party collections/skip tracing) preferred.
• Ability to be working on the phone for the majority of the day.
• Schedule varies by location (Mon-Fri until 8 PM and Saturdays).

Responsibilities

• Providing exceptional customer service
• Maintaining office cash with accuracy and security
• Achieving account gain through proven loan judgment and effective customer solicitation
• Ensuring compliance with state and federal lending regulations and Company policies
• Ensuring prompt completion of loan applications
