Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED and 2 years customer service or call center experience, or college degree or equivalent military experience.
• Experience in a sales environment required; experience in financial industry a plus.
• Ability to develop comfort with providing financial consultation over the phone.
• NMLS registration required by employment; must be in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Create a memorable customer experience by proactively building, maintaining, and growing relationships in the unassigned book via outbound calls.
• Apply knowledge of consumer banking products and financial need assessment tools to help customers achieve financial goals.
• Use a consultative approach with current customers to uncover needs and tailor recommendations.
• Maintain working knowledge of products, services, and processes offered.
• Collaborate with internal partners to ensure customer needs are met.
• Analyze customer credit data and related financial information to align solutions with needs.
• Follow the Bancorp Code of Business Conduct and Ethics and related policies.
• Other duties as assigned.
