Job summary

Motion Recruitment is seeking a Help Desk Support Technician to join its Phoenix, AZ team on a full-time, on-site basis. You will be the first line of contact for end users, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and help advance IT modernization initiatives within a multi-location organization.

You will primarily support Windows desktops, Microsoft 365, and AD user accounts, while contributing to IT projects and hardware deployments.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Help Desk or Desktop Support experience.
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments.
• Active Directory user administration and account management.
• Windows 10/11 troubleshooting experience.
• Experience supporting desktop and laptop hardware.
• Knowledge of monitors, docking stations, printers and peripherals.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple support requests.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user technical support remotely or on-site.
• Troubleshoot Windows desktops, Microsoft 365, and AD issues.
• Assist with hardware deployment and IT projects.
• Collaborate with team and stakeholders to resolve requests quickly.
