Job summary

Sun Auto Tire & Service is hiring a Regional Fleet Sales Manager for Arizona (Phoenix/Tucson area). The role focuses on growing commercial sales penetration, acquiring new fleet customers, and increasing profits within the territory.

You will build and manage a sales pipeline, contact Fleet Managers, and support both store operations and fleet clients. Travel about 25% is required, with a base salary of $80K plus commissions; total opportunity up to $140K, plus car and phone allowances.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years B2B sales experience, preferably in auto industry.
• Experience with CRM software and pipeline management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of achieving growth targets.

Responsibilities

• Developing New Commercial Accounts and following on leads.
• Account management with Fleet Managers via phone, email, and in person.
• External and internal customer support for fleet issues.
• Other duties as assigned by Sun Auto Tire & Service.
