Job summary

512Financial is seeking a Leasing Specialist for Phoenix and surrounding areas. You will be the go-to advocate for homes, managing field work from readiness to move-in, keeping shows ready and leads warm, and ensuring leases are signed on time.

You will collaborate with Revenue Management on pricing, manage prospect communications daily, guide applicants through the portal, and conduct in-person showings as needed in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Arizona real estate license required.
• At least 2 years in sales or marketing for property management.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing.
• Clear, warm communication by phone, email, or in person.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management systems.
• Highly organized with strong time management and deadlines.
• Self-starter with a customer-service mindset for a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own home readiness from construction to move-in via inspections and sparkle cleans.
• Visit homes within 2 days of release to confirm market readiness.
• Verify marketing photos and showable condition; ensure access is clear.
• Log maintenance needs from prospect feedback or property walks.
• Lead weekly with Revenue Management on pricing and property concerns.
• Reach out to prospects daily by text, phone, and email; guide portal setup.
• Conduct self-showings and in-person showings; keep prospect dashboard up to date.
• Move marketed homes to MLS after 14 days on market; maintain status.
• Complete lease agreements within the required timeframe; lead move-in orientations.
• Travel to properties in the region in a company-provided vehicle.
