Advanced Management Group is seeking a Leasing Agent in Phoenix, AZ. The role involves marketing the community, guiding prospects through the move-in process, and handling applications and leases.

You will conduct tours, respond to inquiries, collect deposits, and ensure high levels of resident satisfaction. Position requires extensive walking and stair climbing daily and a strong focus on customer service, communication, and closing techniques.

Qualifications

• Superior customer service skills and the ability to handle difficult customers or situations.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong closing techniques in sales and leasing.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills and time management.
• Ability to manage conflicting priorities and adapt priorities as needed.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the leasing process including traffic, qualifications, leasing apartments and paperwork.
• Enter daily guest cards and traffic data.
• Respond to phone and email inquiries with leasing information, appointments and maintenance requests.
• Greet prospective residents, conduct tours, collect deposits and rents.
• Process rental applications and review/renew leases; answer questions about the community.
• Maintain courteous communication with residents, applicants and partner companies.
• Shop competitor properties and complete market surveys.
• Coordinate marketing and advertising activities as directed by the property manager.
• Monitor social media and online reputation for the community.
• Assist with resident retention through renewal programs and events.
• Adhere to Fair Housing, ADA, and Injury/Illness Prevention policies.
• Respond to online inquiries multiple times daily and suggest renewal ideas.
• Recognize that duties may evolve with the role.
