Job summary

Olympus Property is seeking a Leasing Consultant to be the face of our property and first point of contact for guests, prospects, residents, and vendors in Phoenix, AZ. This full-time role requires showing and leasing apartments, explaining unit options, and delivering exceptional customer service to residents and prospects.

You will greet visitors in a warm, courteous manner, maintain property knowledge, and drive sales by closing leases and preparing paperwork for move-ins.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an apartment Leasing Consultant or in a fast-paced sales/customer-facing role such as retail/restaurant/hospitality.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills; ability to greet and assist visitors professionally.
• Willingness to work Saturdays/Sundays and some evenings for resident events as needed.

Responsibilities

• Show and lease apartment homes to prospective residents.
• Explain differences between unit options and floor plans.
• Provide exemplary customer service to current and prospective residents.
• Greet visitors warmly and maintain thorough knowledge of the property.
• Close the sale and prepare lease paperwork prior to move-in.
• Input resident information into the internal database and support resident events.
