Founders Property Management is seeking an enthusiastic Leasing Consultant in Phoenix, AZ to deliver exceptional customer service and help residents find housing solutions.

You will guide prospects through model units, explain lease terms, collect deposits, and manage documentation. This role requires strong communication, reliability, and weekend availability to meet community needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail is preferred.
• Weekend availability is required.
• Strong communication and time management skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Meets with prospective tenants and records information to assess needs and qualifications.
• Assists prospects in viewing model apartments and discusses size, layout and terms of lease.
• Completes lease forms and maintains resident files securely.
• Keeps track of lease approval processes and communicates status to applicants.
• Handles incoming phone calls and responds to inquiries.
• Prepares listings of available units and creates advertisements reflecting current pricing.
• Represents the company professionally at all times.
• Addresses resident concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Distributes community notices as needed and walks grounds to communicate inventory.
• Upholds community policies and performs other duties as assigned.
