E&G Real Estate Services is seeking a licensed Field Leasing Agent to deliver an outstanding in-person showing experience and serve as our eyes and ears at client-managed properties throughout the Phoenix Metro area. This full-time, field-based role supports single-family rental homes, conducting thorough property inspections, managing lockbox placement, and keeping homes market-ready.

You'll collaborate with Leasing Specialists and property management staff to ensure a smooth showing

Qualifikationen

• Active Arizona Real Estate License is required.
• Strong organization and time-management abilities are essential.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Aufgaben

• Facilitate leasing showings at occupied and vacant properties and coordinate access.
• Conduct inspections and move-in/move-out property checks.
• Communicate rental and property information to applicants, agents, owners, and vendors.
• Work with Leasing Specialists and management to ensure a positive showing experience.
• Create and track work orders, manage lockbox installation and communications.
• Record feedback in company technology for reporting.
