Job summary

Evergreen Residential is seeking a Licensed Real Estate Agent to support leasing operations across our Phoenix-area properties. This role requires a strong sales mindset, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple listings and prospects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include marketing inspections, coordinating with Revenue Management, finalizing leases, and maintaining accurate prospect dashboards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of sales/marketing experience in property management.
• Applicant must hold an active real estate license in the designated market.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Owns home condition marketing from construction to resident move-in.
• Meet weekly with Revenue Management to review pricing and issues.
• Ensure homes have marketing photos and are market-ready.
• Complete post-turn visits to confirm marketability within 2 days of release.
• Maintain prospect dashboard with accurate data.
• Assist with move-in orientations and field representation as needed.
• Comply with laws and finalize leases within required timeframes.
• Handle follow-ups via texts/emails/phone calls daily.
