Job summary

BD is seeking an Endourology Territory Manager to drive sales growth across an assigned US territory by promoting our Endourology portfolio, including kidney stone treatment, ureteral strictures, BPH, and other minimally invasive urologic procedures.

You will develop and execute territory business plans, identify growth opportunities, expand utilization in existing accounts, and build strong relationships with physicians, clinicians, supply chain teams, and healthcare administrators, reporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of three years of successful sales experience, preferably in medical devices or healthcare.
• Experience in Urology/Endourology or capital equipment sales preferred.
• Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders in complex healthcare settings.
• Understanding of hospital purchasing processes and IDN structures.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with urologists, physicians, nurses, and healthcare administrators.
• Drive sales growth across the Endourology portfolio through territory planning and account penetration.
• Identify customer needs and position BD solutions to improve outcomes and value.
• Support product evaluations, physician training, and case coverage.
• Collaborate with National Accounts and Strategic Customer teams on initiatives.
• Identify competitive opportunities and drive new business development.
• Maintain a sales pipeline and use CRM for forecasting and execution.
• Deliver product education, in-service training, and clinical support as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
