Job summary

BD, a global medical technology leader, seeks an Endourology Territory Manager to drive growth across hospitals and ambulatory settings in the assigned territory. You will promote our Endourology portfolio, develop business plans, and expand utilization while building strong physician, clinician, supply chain, and administrator relationships.

You will collaborate with Procedural Sales Specialists and Regional Sales Managers to execute local growth initiatives and deliver accurate forecasts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 3 years in medical devices or healthcare sales.
• Experience in Urology/Endourology preferred.
• Proven ability to build relationships with multiple stakeholders.
• Know hospital purchasing processes and IDN structures.
• Willingness to travel extensively in territory.
• Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers within assigned accounts.
• Drive sales growth across Endourology portfolio via territory planning and account penetration.
• Identify customer needs and position BD solutions for clinical and economic value.
• Support product evaluations, training, and case coverage.
• Forecast, manage pipeline, and provide territory updates.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
