Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Draw blood cultures using aseptic technique.
• Process Stat specimens per SOP and log results.
• Collect specimens for home collection and document volumes.
• Perform rapid strep and Hemoccult tests in LIS and notify physicians of critical results.
• Train new staff on lab policies and procedures.
