Qualifications

• Education consistent with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Two (2) years’ experience within the clinical laboratory in phlebotomy/test management area.
• Ability to perform complex problem solving and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as initial resource and communication liaison between staff and Patient Services management.
• Assist, resolve, and report to and under the guidance of the area Supervisor.
• Performs all technical or administrative work at an advanced level of competency and efficiency.
• Actively involved with patient and process quality improvement while remaining compliant with regulatory agencies.
