Responsibilities

• Act as initial resource and liaison between staff, other departments, and Patient Services management.
• Assist, resolve, and report to the area Supervisor.
• Perform technical or administrative work at an advanced level.
• Contribute to patient and process quality improvement while ensuring regulatory compliance.
