• Knowledge of regulatory, accrediting, and compliance requirements.

Responsabilités

• Act as a resource and communication liaison between staff and management.
• Coach and mentor phlebotomists and ancillary staff.
• Manage daily schedules and attendance tracking.
• Participate in financial monitoring and improvement.
