Job summary

Quest Diagnostics Incorporated is seeking a Phlebotomy Supervisor for Saint Louis, MO. The role supports Mobile, In‑Office, and PSC phlebotomy services across multiple sites, with oversight of daily operations and staffing.

The position requires at least five years in phlebotomy or healthcare and two years of supervision, along with strong leadership, compliance, and communication skills. Monday–Friday schedule with some weekend rotations is included.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years supervisory experience in healthcare or related field.
• Minimum five years’ phlebotomy, laboratory, or healthcare experience.
• English language proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of all assigned facilities, PSCs, mobile and in‑office phlebotomy.
• Implement SOPs for phlebotomy services per Quest Diagnostics guidelines.
• Ensure licensure requirements are met and QA/QC documentation is maintained.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
• Monitor budgets, overtime, and cost containment initiatives.
• Conduct site visits, audits, and process improvements.
• Foster a safe, professional work environment across locations.
