Qualifications

• Minimum two years supervisory experience in a healthcare setting.
• Minimum five years’ experience in phlebotomy or related healthcare.
• English language proficiency required.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily operations of PSCs, mobile, and in-office phlebotomy.
• Implement SOPs for phlebotomy services per Quest Diagnostics guidelines.
• Ensure licensure requirements are met and QA documents are complete.
• Manage staffing, training, and scheduling with minimal overtime.
• Conduct staff performance reviews and ensure customer satisfaction.
