Job summary

Quest Diagnostics Inc. in Towson, MD seeks a Phlebotomist Supervisor to oversee Patient Services across PSCs, mobile and in-office phlebotomy. The role manages training, staffing, and daily operations on a rotating schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of supervisory experience or demonstrated leadership experience.
• Minimum five years’ experience in phlebotomy, laboratory or other healthcare environments.
• English language proficiency required per job postings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of all assigned facilities, PSCs, mobile and in-office phlebotomy.
• Implement SOPs for phlebotomy services per Quest Diagnostics guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with licensure requirements and QA/QC documentation.
• Oversee safety, maintenance, and cleanliness of facilities.
• Prepare schedules with minimal overtime and ensure coverage.
