You will oversee Patient Services across PSCs, mobile, and in-office phlebotomy, directing daily operations, training staff, and ensuring a safe, professional environment.

The role requires supervisory experience and five years in phlebotomy or health care, with strong organization, communication, and MS Office skills.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum two years supervisory or leadership experience.
• Minimum five years in phlebotomy, laboratory or healthcare environments.
• English proficiency required.

Aufgaben

• Oversee daily operations of PSCs, mobile and in-office phlebotomy.
• Implements SOPs for phlebotomy services per Quest Diagnostics guidelines.
• Ensure licensure, QA/QC documentation, safety and facility maintenance.
• Recruit, train, coach staff and manage scheduling with minimal overtime.
