Job summary

Quest Diagnostics Towson location is seeking a Phlebotomist Supervisor to oversee daily operations across PSCs, mobile and in-office phlebotomy. You will implement SOPs, ensure licensure compliance, and lead QA efforts with support from QA and Medical Director offices.

The role requires strong supervisory experience and at least five years in phlebotomy or clinical settings. Travel between sites is expected, with a rotating schedule and opportunities for performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years prior supervisory experience or demonstrated leadership experience.
• Minimum five years’ experience in phlebotomy, laboratory or other healthcare environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of all assigned facilities, PSCs, mobile and in-office phlebotomy.
• Implements SOPs for phlebotomy services in accordance with Quest Diagnostics guidelines.
• Ensure licensure requirements are met and QA processes are followed.
• Perform site visits and QA audits at PSCs/IOPs and mobile sites.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, training and development of staff.
• Prepare month-end reports and oversee budgets within responsibility area.
