Quest Diagnostics Incorporated in Richmond, VA, is seeking a Phlebotomy Supervisor to oversee daily operations of PSCs, mobile and in-office phlebotomy, with a Monday–Friday schedule and rotational weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Minimum five years' experience in phlebotomy or healthcare environments.
• Customer service in a retail or service environment preferred.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred where state requirements apply.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of PSCs, mobile and in-office phlebotomy.
• Implements SOPs for phlebotomy services following Quest Diagnostics guidelines.
• Ensure licensure requirements are met in collaboration with QA/Medical Director.
• Maintain QA/QC documentation and safety standards in facilities supervised.
• Perform site visits, QA audits, and manage staffing, training and performance.
• Relate to budget processes including annual budget prep and cost containment initiatives.
• Organize projects and participate in cross-functional teams, presenting findings when needed.
