Qualifications

• Minimum two years supervisory or leadership experience.
• Minimum five years' experience in phlebotomy or healthcare environments.
• Requires English communication and strong customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of all facilities (PSCs, mobile, in-office).
• Implement SOPs for phlebotomy services according to Quest Diagnostics guidelines.
• Ensure licensure requirements and QA/QC documentation are met.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, training and performance.
• Monitor safety, budget, and cost containment initiatives.
• Recruit and interview new staff; provide coaching and development.
