Job summary

• Implement SOPs for phlebotomy services in accordance with Quest Diagnostics guidelines.
• Ensure licensure requirements are met as applicable, coordinating with QA and Medical Director's offices.
• Maintain QA/QC documentation and review as required.
• Supervise staff, conduct training, coaching and performance appraisals.
