Job summary

Talentify presents a Phlebotomist II contract position in McKinney, TX, onsite. The role requires drawing quality blood samples and preparing specimens for testing with accuracy and care.

Responsibilities include venipuncture across multiple locations, maintaining patient confidentiality, and strict adherence to procedures. Travel to Patient Service Centers may be required; shifts are Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years phlebotomy experience required, including pediatric and geriatric collections.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred; required in CA, NV, WA.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Under the direction of the area supervisor, perform daily activities accurately and on time.
• Maintain a safe and professional environment.
• Perform venipuncture and specimen processing following established procedures.
• Verify patient demographic info and labeling accuracy post-venipuncture.
• Maintain required records and documentation.
• Demonstrate customer-focused and professional behavior with patients and staff.
