Job summary

The Talentify team seeks a Phlebotomist II in Burleson, TX to draw quality samples and prepare them for lab testing in a fast-paced, patient-centered setting.

This contract role offers 3 months of work at a shift that runs Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM Central, with travel across multiple locations and on-site responsibilities. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. and may cover in-office locations as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Medical training preferred (medical assistant or paramedic).
• Phlebotomy certification preferred; required in CA/NV/WA.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily phlebotomy duties accurately and on time under supervision.
• Maintain a safe, professional environment.
• Collect and process blood specimens following procedures.
• Verify patient demographic info and label accuracy post-venipuncture.
• Maintain records and documentation as required.
• Represent the company positively to patients and staff.
