Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Phlebotomist II for a 4-month contract in Frisco, TX. This onsite role requires patient blood collection, accurate labeling, and adherence to safety procedures across multiple locations.

Mon - Fri 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM with rotating Saturdays; travel to Patient Service Center and in-office locations with little notice is expected. Successful candidates will have 1-3 years phlebotomy experience, pediatric and geriatric skills, and a strong commitment to quality and patient

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred; required in CA, NV, and WA.
• Medical training (medical assistant or paramedic) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily activities accurately and on time under supervision.
• Maintain a safe and professional environment.
• Perform forensic and clinical specimen collection and processing.
• Verify patient demographics and labels post-venipuncture.
• Maintain required records and documentation.
• Promote a positive image to patients and staff.
