Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Medical training such as medical assistant or paramedic is preferred.
• Phlebotomy certification is preferred and required in CA/NV/WA.

Responsibilities

• Under supervisor direction, perform daily activities accurately and on time.
• Maintain a safe and professional environment.
• Perform phlebotomy and specimen handling following established procedures.
• Verify patient demographics and labeling post-venipuncture for accuracy.
• Maintain required records and documentation.
• Promote a positive image to patients and staff.
