Qualifications

• Medical training (medical assistant/paramedic) preferred.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred and required in CA/NV/WA.

Responsibilities

• Draw blood samples and prepare specimens for lab testing.
• Verify patient demographics and labeling post-venipuncture.
• Maintain records and ensure a safe, professional environment.
• Demonstrate leadership and process-excellence in daily tasks.
• Cover multiple Patient Service Center/In-Office Phlebotomy locations as needed.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
