Job summary

Talentify seeks a Phlebotomist II to collect quality blood samples and prepare specimens for lab testing in a Keller, TX setting. You will interact directly with patients, explain procedures clearly, and ensure accuracy and safety in every draw.

The role is onsite, contract-based for 3 months with potential to cover multiple locations. Flexibility for travel, weekends/holidays, and strong customer focus are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent REQUIRED.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred; required in CA, NV, WA.
• Phlebotomy training preferred for this role.

Responsibilities

• Draw blood and prepare specimens for lab testing.
• Maintain safe and professional patient environment.
• Verify patient information and label accuracy post-venipuncture.
• Maintain records and documentation as required.
• Demonstrate professionalism and trust with patients and staff.
