Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Phlebotomist II for an onsite contract in Harker Heights, TX. You will draw quality blood samples, ensure safety and accuracy, and communicate clearly with patients and staff. The role supports lab testing and requires adherence to confidentiality and procedural standards.

The position runs 8am–5pm CST Mon–Thu, 8am–12pm CST Fri, with rotating Saturdays. Travel to multiple locations may be required; strong phlebotomy skills and a high school diploma are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is REQUIRED.
• Medical training: medical assistant or paramedic preferred.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred; required in CA, NV, WA.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily phlebotomy duties accurately and on time.
• Maintain a safe and professional environment.
• Collect and process patient specimens following procedures.
• Verify patient demographics and label integrity post-venipuncture.
• Maintain records and demonstrate customer focus.
