Job summary

Natera is seeking a Lead for the Phlebotomy Solutions team to oversee day-to-day operations, patient coordination, phlebotomy services and admin tasks. Heavy travel (up to 50%) supports audits, site visits and team training.

You will mentor staff, ensure EMR compliance, and drive process improvements across multiple locations. You should bring at least 5 years in phlebotomy with leadership experience, a phlebotomy certificate, and strong organizational and communication skills to maintain

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Phlebotomy certificate required by state regulations.
• 5+ years phlebotomy experience; supervisory/lead role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate audits and quality checks for patient coordination and documentation.
• Provide daily oversight and develop phlebotomy staff across locations; handle onboarding and training.
• Collaborate with Field Sales, Clinical Operations and Compliance to ensure seamless patient support.
