Job summary

A health care provider is seeking a Traveling Phlebotomist Team Lead to supervise a team of phlebotomists across various locations. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, 2 years of phlebotomy experience, and a valid driver’s license. Responsibilities include performing phlebotomy duties, conducting site inspections, and providing training. This role offers a full-time schedule, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a phlebotomist; 2 years is preferred.
• Prior experience in a leadership position is a plus.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Provide coverage and travel to various sites to perform phlebotomy duties.
• Assist in the supervision of a team of phlebotomists.
• Conduct site inspections and report findings.
• Provide continuous training to phlebotomy staff.
