Natera, Inc. seeks an experienced Phlebotomist with leadership responsibilities to serve patients and manage the PSC phlebotomy program at the designated location. You will oversee phlebotomy operations, ensure specimen integrity, and report KPIs biweekly for program improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of phlebotomy experience.
• 5+ years high-level customer care experience; managing/supervising phlebotomy operations and teams preferred.
• BS/BA degree preferred; High School Diploma required; Phlebotomy Certification preferred where regulations permit.

Responsibilities

• Verifies test requisitions by comparing information with orders and requisition documentation; reports discrepancies to leadership.
• Obtains blood specimens by performing venipunctures and finger sticks.
• Maintains specimen integrity by aseptic technique and by following procedures; observes isolation procedures.
• Tracks collected specimens with timestamps and daily tallies in the Natera system; ensures quality control.
