Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years’ lab industry experience.
• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience.
• Phlebotomy certification and state license (if required).
• Ability to perform phlebotomy on all age groups.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of laboratory procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform phlebotomy professionally and compassionately.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment and infection control.
• Ensure accurate requisitions and proper specimen collection.
• Communicate with clients, patients and staff about pre-analytic processes.
• Schedule phlebotomists and ensure adequate staffing across sites.
• Train and monitor new phlebotomists during probation.
• Assist with compliance inspections and audits.
• Support recruitment and site setup with Operations Manager.
